Resident Settings Report

A guide to the Resident Settings report

The Resident Setting report provides a history of any resident settings changes made in Ally, for any current resident. It can be used to review when changes were made and by whom.

SETTINGS HISTORY, LAST 10 tab

In this file there is a row for every time a resident settings was saved, logging which settings were changed, when they changed and by whom. The Settings History, Last 10 tab is the log of the last 10 changes for all residents that are currently in Ally.

The information is grouped alphabetically by resident in chronological order

To make it easier to see what updates have been made to a residents settings, this file only shows a value when the setting has changed. When a resident is added all of the settings values will be listed as they are new. Any subsequent setting change for that resident will be displayed on a new row for that resident.

All resident setting values are logged in this file. For an explanation of the settings, please see the help article : Resident Settings

Tip : If a setting is not available for the trigger mode selected, this will display as N/A. For example, the activity setting SOUND THRESHOLD is the time limit for the accumulated sound before an alert is triggered, and is not applicable when the trigger mode selected is MOTION ONLY

Data tab

The DATA tab provides the same log of changes to the resident settings as the SETTINGS HISTORY, LAST 10 Tab but only includes the changes made during the period specified when creating the report.
