Deleting a Resident's Account

To delete a Resident account, go to their Account via the Residents tab on the Home page (see Viewing a Home's "Residents" Tab).

Once on the Resident's profile, scroll down to the bottom where you will a section titled Irreversible Actions. A button labeled Delete Resident's Account, when pressed, will require a secondary confirmation which when approved will permanently deactivate a Residents account.

Please note this action is irreversible and cannot be recovered from.
