I can't login to the app

Your username and password are case sensitive, please check you have typed them in correctly.

If you are a Staff Member and can no-longer remember either your username or password, please ask your Home Manager to reset it for you. If they are unable to do this for your shift - you can ask a shift leader for the login details of an agency account.

If you are a Home Manager or Administrator, you can request a password reset from the login screen and reset instructions will be sent to your email address.

Top Tip: Once you login, you can reset your password to any password of your choosing via the “Security” tab on the left hand side of the app.
