In the Team Directory or a Home's Team section, find the Staff Member you want to reset the password for. Click the arrow button to dropdown a list of options and click Reset Password.
Enter the new password for the user, then click Update User to finish updating the password. Click on the eye icon before updating to view the entered password.
Please note: You will only have these options for “Staff Members”.
Please Note: Staff Members can also reset their password after logging in to help them remember their password. This is done via the "Security" tab.
