YES. The manager will have set two regular check / sighting schedules for residents:
A less frequent schedule when the Ally monitoring system is in use.
A more frequent schedule when the system is offline / not monitoring the resident. This is normally the same as you were doing.
The manager will have documented both schedules in your resident's care plan. Please follow them and record each check in the Ally system to avoid unnecessary alerts when providing care.
If Rounds are enabled in Ally, these checks will be scheduled automatically in the Monitoring tab. The manager may also have programmed the more frequent schedule in the Ally system to automatically prompt you when to check if the devices go offline.
