This document explains how to interpret daily summary emails.
Manage Subscriptions to Email Reports:
Please note: All “Administrators” and “Home Managers'' are subscribed to these emails as standard when creating an account. “Staff Members” will not receive these reports.
To understand more about the permission level of each of these three roles please refer to the roles and permissions document.
Subscription options can be managed by logging in the Ally App and clicking on Notifications tab. Please select the check-boxes of the homes you want to subscribe to under each section of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Emails.
