Zones comprise of Rooms and can help in distributing workload between Staff Members during a nightshift. Each Room must be present in at least one Zone.
In the following example, we will move room Q4 from First Floor to Ground Floor zone. First, go to the Zones section:
Click the Edit button for the zone you want to move the Room to, and then click the ADD ROOMS Button:
Select the Room you want to add to the Zone and click Confirm button:
In the next step, the Room, if needed, may be removed for the old Zone:
