You can set a grace period for a sight check completed a little early to be categorised as the upcoming scheduled check. This will allow your Timelines and email reports (Daily and Weekly) to give a more accurate insight into scheduled and unscheduled checks completed.
By default, the 'Grace Period' will be set to 5 minutes for each Home. If you would like to change this then you will need a manager level account.
To change the Grace Period then you will need to log in to Ally and go to the 'Home Settings' tab, where you will be able to change the grace period according to what works best for your home. Once you have done this ensure you press the button 'Update Home Settings' to allow this update to take place
