QR codes are an effective way for your care staff to quickly evidence that a physical check has been completed for a resident in their room.
Activating QR Codes
To turn-on the QR code function for your home:
Go to home Settings on the left hand side of the screen (under Home Profile)
Change the QR Check-in Mode setting to Required (must scan or override)
Click on the blue UPDATE HOME SETTINGS button to save the change. You will be asked if you want to Generate the QR codes. Select GENERATE & SAVE
Printing QR Codes
Printing QR codes for all of your residents rooms
Select Rooms from the left hand menu and then select Options from the right hand side of the blue bar.
Select the option Print All QR Codes
To print off a QR code for a particular room
Within the Rooms Window, Select the Menu option for the room on the right hand side (3 lines)
Select Edit QR Codes from the menu and PRINT option will be available
