Monitoring has to be enabled in a Resident's settings. If it is disabled it means either the resident does not consent to monitoring or that it hasn't been selected in the settings yet. This can be seen by clicking on the eye icon under the residents name on the check-in scheduler.
Please follow the regular check / sightings scheduled by the manager in the resident's care plan. The Ally system still needs to be activated for this resident for rounds scheduling to occur.
If you think the resident should be monitored please communicate this to your manager.
