Monitoring didn’t alert me to a Resident issue

When Ally's Monitoring feature misses a resident event or issue, this can be down to three reasons:

  • An alert for a resident will have been generated but not noticed. Please regularly check the phone and app for alerts and respond to them quickly.

  • The monitoring sensitivity needs to be increased for the resident.

  • The device was offline during this period - please check the device's status.

Please tell your manager if you think the monitoring sensitivity needs to be increased.
