When Ally's Monitoring feature misses a resident event or issue, this can be down to three reasons:
An alert for a resident will have been generated but not noticed. Please regularly check the phone and app for alerts and respond to them quickly.
The monitoring sensitivity needs to be increased for the resident.
The device was offline during this period - please check the device's status.
Please tell your manager if you think the monitoring sensitivity needs to be increased.
