Ally Labs

These instructions cover the steps to install the Ally App on Android devices (Smartphones, Tablets) and Desktop computers.

Please note the app is not compatible with iPhones.

Any desktop device running the Google Chrome Browser

Go to <a href="https://app.allycares.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://app.allycares.com</a> on the Google Chrome web browser

Click the three dots to the top right.

Click “Install Ally Cares”. The app should now appear as an icon on your desktop.

Login using your username and password.

2. Click the three dots to the top right. 
3. Click “Install Ally Cares”. The app should now appear as an icon on your desktop.
4. Login using your username and password.

Android Smartphones &amp; Tablet Installation

Android Phone &amp; Tablets will need access to the Google Play Store to access the app

Please make sure Google Chrome is also installed on the phone

Mobile Device Management systems may need to enable push notifications in the MDM settings to allow them to work. Please contact us for assistance if needed.

Download the app and then ensure it is added to the home screen of the phone or tablet.
